1. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by contacting us at support@legacyole.com.
After 12 hours, your order may already be processed and shipped, and cancellation will no longer be possible.
2. Returns
Items must be returned to us in their original packaging and unused condition.

3. Refunds
To request a refund, customers must provide clear evidence (photos or videos) showing that the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If the claim is approved, we will:
Send a replacement item at no extra cost, OR
Issue a refund to your original payment method.
If the return is due to personal preference (e.g., “no longer want” or “don’t like the product”), the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for funds to appear in your account.

Personalized or customized items.
Items not returned in original condition or without proof of purchase.
